Biden Travel Ban for South Africa and 7 other Countries

In an effort to slow the spread of the Omicron variant, President Biden has banned entry into the U.S. certain foreign nationals of South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique and Malawi. As with previous Covid-related travel bans, this Proclamation provides exceptions for U.S. citizens, Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain of their family members.
